I have personally confirmed the following trivial ranges for acrylia chain smithing:

Bracelet <= 174
Skirt 193 < x <= 195
Mantle = 195

My smithing now is 198, by the way

OK updated all sizes... I do hope you actually tried each size and verified, rather than just "presuming" they applied across the board.
