I am pretty sure it is 210, but I cant comfirm it as I am at skill 213 my self and whent from 201 to 210 on sickels. But I am 99% sure it is what the DB saide befor the littel ups.

All the LDoN Steel Breastplates, in all sizes and temper varieties, trivial at exactly 212. All the Steel Greaves are 210.

I distinctly remember this because once I hit 210 on the Greaves, I chose to skip the two "free" skillups on ethereal rings and continue with LDoN Breastplates -- at the time, they were selling at a healthy profit.
