Rumored to drop in Mistmoore in Allakhazam but found in random vampyre in Mistmoore Catacomb.

I can confirm that Thick Caustic Fluid can drop in Castle Mistmoore, at least as of June 8, 2003.

(probably like Essence of Moonlight, able to drop both in old Mistmoore and new Mistmoore Catacombs)
