Oily Goo?

Oily goo is listed in the fletching trade supply drop list yet the links only take it to brewing and as part of a quest. This item seems, according to the links, to not have to do with fletching.

But I am suspicous of it from LDoN Dungeons, since I recall the quest is a Veliuos Quest.

Oily Goo does drop off ooze model mobs in LDoN, Takish adventures if I recall correctly.
