There are several LDoN Armors listed with incorrect vendor buy and sell prices. All LDoN Armors with Buy prices HIGHER than Sell prices are incorrect. For example:
Calcified Ringmail Boots
NPC's sell this at 28p5g7s1c
NPC's buy this at 31p4g9s9c
The prices listed here are reversed, NPC's buy this at 28p5g7s1c and sell it at 31p4g9s9c. There are several other LDoN Armors that have the NPC prices reversed. In no case does an NPC buy an item for more than he sells it for.
