I did a couple of combines on these:

Skill 71 - Success - Not Trivial

Skill 73 - Failure - Skillup to 74

SKill 74 - Success - Skillup to 75

Thus, 75 <= the trivial <= 151

Note: I used non-enchanted silver bars for these combines.
