2 weapon smithing updates

Combine Acrylia Bastard Sword is listed at "<=190" trivial
My druid successfully made one last night with a 189 skill and did NOT get a trivial message. I believe it to be exactly 190 now.

Silvered Spear is not listed with any recipe:
Water Flask + Enchanted Sheet Metal + Enchanted Silver Bar + Spear Head Mold + Oak Shaft
My monk has gotten 3 skill ups, 99, 100, and 101 and still not trivial. He has been following the forged progression of weapons with the Silvered weapons.
