Enchanted Silver Bar + Amber

I promise I am positive about this ... a kazillion percent positive

My warrior alt played around with combining Enchanted Silver Bar and Amber in a jewelry kit. She skilled up from 35 to 36 doing the combines, and once she was level 36 she received the 'can no longer advance your skill' message.

Only "a kazillion percent positive"? Seems pretty low to me...

Since the non-enchanted version is trivial at 36... and the prior trivial was pegged at 35 for the enchanted, I have adjusted to match as you specify.
