combine in forge (trivial 21?)

For reasons unknown, this is showing up in the LDoN Smithing page; in fact this is a quest recipe that has been around since Kunark launched, and I can confirm that the Trivial cannot possibly be as high as indicated in the Database as it's intended to be done by newbie Iksar Necromancers (under level 10), and my own Iksar Necro succeeded on it first try at skill 26 in Smithing (metal bits limit).

The reason is well known. Because I am just a silly monk that saw a new recipe, and plugged it in as LDoN. It wasn't stated previously that it was a Kunark Quest Based Recipe.

I have changed it to basic smithing now.
