On the Aid Grimel Smithing page, the recipe for Acid Wash is listed as combinable in a brew barrel AND in a tanaan brew barrel.
The brew barrels in the Fordel district of Shadowhaven do NOT work. Tried 3 unstacked celestial essence + one jar of acid per the recipe and won't combine.
Locations of these two barrels are: (67, 400) and (-31, 309). They're in the tavern up the big wooden stairs, first one is inside and second is out on the balcony.
