Who sells other items? Or a Different NPC?

loc 1075, -1040 is off the north edge of the east end of East Commonlands.

He does appear to be referring to Lyth Spellstar, who is at the loc he mentions, inside one of the buildings next to inn 3.

I had a chat with her, faction song brought her to amiable, and working with charisma at 156.

Oops, forgot to mention, this was 15 hours after a patch, On Languages immediately followed The Scent of Marr in her inventory, and was the last item in her inventory.

Since On Languages is pretty common for research vendors, I can only hope that this is part of her basic stock. Since The Scent of Marr was previously given as part of her basic stock, all of the other items I listed should be part of her basic stock.
