Quick Trivial List

Just an observation...not all of the recipes of a given trade are listed in the quick trivial lists.

It might be pop stuff, I'm not totally sure and don't have time to go tracking right now.

Quick example, trivial list for tailoring does not include Cured Ethereal Energy which trivials at 212.

It would also appear that nothing which does not have a definitive trivial is on the list. This is kind of annoying, although I can certainly understand the why of it. You should at least add ">250" as a "known" trivial.

But, personally, I'd like to see everything show up in the quick trivial list. It's quite nice when you're looking for the next best thing to work on.

Well Cured Ethereal Energy SHOULD show up in the Quick Trivial List, since it does have an Exact Trivial. But maybe the Required Skill Level being -different- drops it from the list.

Sounds like a bug to me.

As for the Recipes with a un-nailed trivial, that was just too hard on the CPU to make work.

because we would be bothered even MORE often by people whining that the place that the items with unknown ranges is wrong... it needs to be "here". We go that even in the OLD site "You owe me X resources for wasting on that trivial because it was in the wrong place (even though the trivial you listed was correct as far as we know)"

I **May** think of adding >250 if I can do it without slowing down those pages... but I think it may slow it down too much :/

I have wished for some sort of search function on 'incomplete items', perhaps even by category. Any item where a certain thing is unknown... trivial, uses, price... so it would be easier to go through and find holes.

of course, i have no clue how the coding on this would work, how hard it would be to set up such a function, and i imagine that for bandwidth purposes, usage might ought be restricted to people who sign on a list, and not just anyone.... (ie the way beta testing worked).

not that i think this would happen in the near future, but maybe the far one.

Just curious...is it a SQL query you're using to generate the list? Or some other method?

Was just trying to understand how adding (at a minimum) the >250 would slow things down so much?

Not prying or trolling, just curious, being a database programmer myself.
