Can be used in the level 50 Shadowknight Life Leech spell quest. NPC Darfumpel (+4130, +900 in Rathe Mountains) normally charges 1000p to turn the rough edged Hyacinth into a faceted one. The rough edged Hyacinth Darfumpel initially gives you for 2000p is placed in a high-skilled, jeweler's bag with the Gemcutter. When combined sucessfully a faceted Hyacinth is produced avoiding the 2nd 1000p charge."
