(This item can be quested for WITHOUT any prior items, as I did it just a minute ago)

This item is used in the Tunare Warden Quest (it seems SOE decided to be asses and change a quest again, but this can be MQed, as you drop this and your disciple symbol on the quest NPC to get your 3rd symbol)

I think this was a bit of both... didn't know what to do with it then got missed.

I look in the DB, and I see a recipe for:

magical suspension fluid (yield: 1) Components: pouch of red dust, thick caustic fluid, white hellebore
In: brew barrel, tanaan brew barrel
Yield: 1
Notes: Tunare Warden Quest

But the Divinatory Concoction is not in the DB yet, and consequently no recipe for it yet.

Are you trying to say that Divinatory Concoction is a component to produce the Magical Suspension Fluid?

Or is there a recipe that produces Divinatory Concoction, and if so, what are the items used to make it?

I have no problem fixing it... if I know the right way to fix it.

Oh, sorry... *shrug* ... I should have been more clear:

There is no recipe to make a Magical Suspension Fluid, the Magical Suspension Fluid is a quest item (easily received), but along with a Pouch of Red Dust, White Hellebore and Thick Caustic Fluid, you can make a Divinatory Concoction.

Combine in brew barrel:

Magical Suspension Fluid (quest item, not a mob drop, NO DROP)
Thick Caustic Fluid (mob drop, NO DROP)
Pouch of Red Dust (mob drop, NO DROP)
White Hellebore (mob drop, NOT no drop)

to get Divinatory Concoction, which is the item used in the Tunare Warden Quest

What I said earlier is that SOE probably decided to change the quest to make it harder to MQ, or someone miscommunicated the actual formula.

OK added the Divinatory Concoction item, and reset the recipe as you specified.

The Source of the Magical Suspension Fluid as a Quest Item, I need to know "who" provides the Quest to obtain it.

You can get the magical suspension fluid by doing the following, you do NOT need to do the first two to do this part, it CAN be MQed.

Hail Yeolarn Bronzeleaf (inside the Cleric guild in Felwithe if I'm not mistaken)

Say, 'I am ready to become a a warden of Tunare'

He will give you a candlestick, LORE, NO DROP. You need to take this to Erudin, to Tilani (inside Enchanter quarter of the Casters area, 2nd floor), give it to her, and she gives you the Magical Suspension Fluid, LORE, NO DROP.

No idea on factions necessary to do this, but I couldn't have been over Amiable, I used appropriate Illusions and Alliance.
