Broken bow

If you make a Toxic Bow of Discipline from the new research recipes, tell the customer to be sure to buy a sack and some shurikens

. For some reason it doesn't shoot arrows right now...

On the other hand, it still classes as a bow for abilities that require a bow. And the shurikens have a much more interesting animation than arrows, so it's kinda fun.

I've reported the bug, no doubt plenty of others have.

If I remember right, several of the apprentice bows are shooting the wrong ammunition, and are flagged for beastlords.

Hopefully they will get fixed ASAP once everyone's back from the holidays.

I've seen comments in the Beastlord class forum about this as well. Seems like BL ranged weapons have a number of problems.

According to the release notes this should now be fixed. Shooting shurikens with a bow (without cutting the snare or your hands) is pretty cool though

Yes, it looks like it's fixed... disappointing

I didn't check the classes it was tagged for. If it was tagged for beastlords and they've dropped the class I'm sure there are going to be some very loudly upset beastlords.

Edit: Oh, I missed that this patch was only on test. Yes, my bard is still firing shurikens at a training dummy. And yes, my bow is flagged "all scouts."
