  • Woodworker Quests?

    Hello friends,

I am approaching level 90 in Woodworking and I was wondering if there are any special "solo" quests to get new items to make?

I guess this could also pertain to all tradeskills as I have a 90 provisioner and armorer and a 75 sage.

    Thank you,

    Morriah

    Welcome to the forums!

There is one sage-specific quest (for notebooks), one carpenter-specific quest (for Wantia recipes), and two alchemist-specific quests for converting their dusts up/down. Other than that, there are just a LOT of "any class" quests.

You'll find them all listed on the Tradeskill Quests page, broken down by level, with class restrictions for the 4 mentioned above shown in parenthesis.

      Thank you for the information!

I like the link you provided, as soon as the game is back up, I will start working on these quests.

I heard their was a line of quests for tradeskill gear to improve tradeskill time. As a matter of fact, I read how with all the tradeskill gear, you can do rush writs in under 3 minutes?

There is a load of tradeskill gear available in Mara that you can get using the Far Seas tokens and a certain lvl of faction.

The tokens come from the daily/weekly tasks given by the Far Seas Supply Division. (you also get a few from some of the lower lvl crafting series but not enough to get everything you want).
The faction mainly comes from the tasks and also a set of Faction Writs. Again you may get some faction from some of the other quest series but not enough for everything.

There are more details in the writeup here

Depending on your tradeskill level you may want to skip buying the Far Seas chest item as you get a far better one from the DoV questline starting at the othmir docks.
Also once you get the DoV chest piece you may find the tinkered Cranial Capacitor Helmet is better than the Far Seas one.
