i tried to do the powder combine makeshift lvl. i combined the summoned thing with a makeshift binding solution and makeshift binding powder in a spell research kit and it said could not be combined in this container type

Since his signature lists Bard and SK, I'll assume he is trying on one of them and I am guessing that is his problem,

As a reminder, the powder route can only be done by INT pure casters (ENC, MAG, NEC, WIZ).

nah i got a mage alt just the ones is listed were my mains didnt bother with the alts lol. altara got it i forgot teh durned scroll. lol im blind and he listed the scroll first guess i missed it hehe. thanks for pointing that out.

I am new to spell research, but have 300 skill in five other TS and as a result, I was expecting the path from 250 to 300 to be a huge pain. However, I just hit 300 with only 40% evolved on my trophy (so about 50 skill-ups in about 400 combines), and finished up 292 - 300 on only 56 combines. From about 251 all but a handful of the combines were binding powders of various levels and the resulting scrolls. I have to say that it is the fastest progress I have ever made on any tradeskill.

I know Alla and here list what drops Refined Binding Powder, but I havent had much luck in finding a good place to farm them. Anyone remember where (apart from the Bazaar) they dropped with any consistancy?

Like all other research components they are a global drop off spell casting mobs of the appropriate level.

Looks like a copy and paste error, but you have the privative enchanted spell parchment listed for all of the nuke scrolls instead of the proper corresponding enchanted scroll.

there is nothing in post about the other 4 scroll that can be made: scroll of frost strike, scroll of fire strike,scroll of poisoning, and scroll of pestilence these are in oder of difficulty. all 4 have a higher triv then the static strike mention in post
