  • Muramite armor info

First off the meldstone combine is skill restricted. the skill required is 240 < X <= 242
I.E. It has been confirmed doable at 242, confirmed not doable at 240.

it is believed no-fail, puting the TRIVIAL <= 41 (probably 15)

    1. First get yourself a piece of Muamite armor.
    2. Take that piece and hand it in to the person in abysmal that deals with your class armor, you will recieve a new piece of Reworked Muramite XXX, where XXX depends on what pice you gave the person. This new piece has no stats.
    3. Do the meldstone combine that fits your armor: Plate, chain, leather or silk. This part is tradable.
    4. Go to the room SE of the armor room and buy the apropriate infusing agent from Nalasrine. Combine the infusing agent and the muramite part from step 3 in the apropriate container (forge or loom, in abysmal forge or loom only)This results in a No Drop part, and may be no skill no fail (no confirmation yet)
    5. Take this infused muramite part, and combine it with the reworked muramite armor part in the same tradeskill container.
    6. Tada!! You should have your new gear.

Plate - Meldstone, water flask, smithy hammer - Forge
Chain - Meldstone, water flask, file - Forge

Felt this needed emphasis...you do not have to power-skillup, you can get a GM tailor or smith to do this part for you.

        Trivial changed

The trivial has been changed on the tradeable part of Muramite armor. It is now 282

Hmm, I just tested a combine at 240 smithing without my geerlok on and was able to make the muramite metal sheet. I had already learned the recipe though, in case that can affect the required skill check.

Ok, I was just going from information I have.

Sufice it to say until we have more data, it IS restricted, and it IS high, and it *IS* tradable

I tried it with skill at 222 and geerlock equipped. It wouldnt let me combine the metal or the chain link.

I submitted inconsistency in required statements to the database sub forums.

I am at 225 unmodified right now and it wont let me combine the chain link. However if I put on my +10% BS belt i am at 247 and I was able to do the chain combine. I did it today at May 16.

Maybe it's flag based? I am flag for Qvic
