Thundering Blades?

I've been trying to discern the recipe for the level 75 ranger spell, Thundering Blades. This is an upgrade to the level 70 Call of Lightning, which uses:

Fine Runic Vellum
Ink Additive of the Nameless
Ink of Druzzil Ro
Ink of Pain
Ink of Zek
Invigorating Thickener
Quill of the Forest Stalker

But just substituting a Fine Runic Paper for the Fine Runic Vellum doesn't do it. I also tried adding Ink of the Tribunal (For a defensive boost which the spell can have) but that did not combine either. I suppose I could try adding Ink of the Cat instead. Anyone else have any ideas?

Thundering Blades is not researchable.

It is a TBS spell and spell research only goes through TSS.
