It took me 2 tries at 131 to make the sash. Got a skillup to 132 on the second try.

My tailoring was at 141 and skilled up to 142, so it's got to be over 141 as well.

Good thing I got it on my first try... 1k per attempt hurts the bank. As it stands... hardest part was the dang 7th hammer flag for the Symbol of Order.
