Well done!
I finally got irritated at navigating the various seals and combinations, flipping back and forth to figure out what item has what effect, so I put together this chart.
Please look it over and post if you notice any mistakes. The info I used on it is all from Lucy, and some of it is quite old (from Beta), which means the in-game effects may be different.

Updated today with a bunch of fixes, particularly to the melee augs. I also had the poison and disease focuses on Last Blood switched.

Can anyone confirm whether a cleric gets a benifit from the bazu seal of parry or any of the other battle aug's?
I don't know about parry, but I know that a cleric with a cleave aug can crit when meleeing.

For the Improved Dodge/Parry/Block focus effects, you need to actually have that as a skill for your class. Clerics and all casters I believe only get dodge out of those three, so Improved Dodge is the only defensive focus that would have any benefit.
Improved Parry is for melee and hybrids with the parry skill (all except for monks and beastlords since they get the block skill instead).

OK after 5 mobs in bot solo and a lot of dodge messages i'll have to agree this bazu aug sucks as all/all.. clerics do not get parry....

Updated the page to add the three new raid-level augs. I only have info on a few of them so far, but I'll keep updating it periodically. If you have any info on the new augs, please post here.
Also, if you get any info about the group-acquired type 12 augs, please post and I'll consider whether and how they can be added to the page.

I've added all the items currently in Lucy. I don't use Magelo much because their linking is painful. I'd like to use EQItems, but hardly anyone runs their collector (especially now, when you have to compile your own). I think EQItems has (or will soon have) a superior display to Lucy's, including putting the focus or effect info directly on the item page.

Just noticed something ....
Discordant Seal of Magic has the effect of Burning Magic which is a Magic focus for spells/DoTs with "Min Duration(30.00 sec)", the other Augs in that line (Thaumaturgic Mechanotablet) are all magic NUKE foci. I believe the focus should actually be Vengeance of Magic to match those of the same line and level.
I am just not sure I want to nerf it for people that got this because it was a dot... though it does leave some folks without a DD version in that tier
and since it is the tier with most of the problem... I am not sure I want to edit it anyway.

Does anyone know if there is an aug with increase damage with chromatic based spells? Seems like there should be since all other type of damage spells are covered. Thanks
Chromatic focus as well as bard instrument mods are in the works to be added.
These were mentioned in the post by Ngreth that no changes were going to come to cultural armor and the current form of cultural would be discontinued.
Bard mods are expected to appear on the melee focused augs more than likely but these changes would be coming "soon".
So... it could be another couple months til we see them or they could be in tomorrows patch, we don't really know.
