Location of new Recipies

Where are people finding the new recipies for the cultural armor? Someone please tell me they aren't being discovered through experimentation

One of the dwarven smithing vendors in PoK sells 5 books, that are the basis of much of this. The rest is done by using "Find" to find the "Tradeskill Quest" people in hometowns, to get the other books needed.

The books in PoK are handy reference material, but not necessary (especially if ye can find the info elsewhere, such as at the main EQtraders site, or elsewher eon this board). The other books, that you quest in your hometown, are necessary. They're used to create the molds/patterns you craft your armor with.
