Question about Race and Class specific tradeskills

i.e. Tinkering, Alchemy, Poison Making.

Are these tradeskills considered 'Standard' tradeskills when dealing with the above 200 limit on tradeskills, or are they considered non tradeskills for that limit? I didn't think so, since you can only get 6 points in New Tanaan Craft Mastery, but I've been curious about this for awhile.
