  • Summon Jewelry Bag

    It's PoP Mag 63 spell.

With TSS having new recipes for Summoning Spells, I tried to see if this PoP spell is included (or if it only applies to LDoN & OoW spells).

The new recipe book "Systematic Spell Research: Summoned" says:

    Thickener:
    Conjuring Thickener

    Inks:
Summoned Ring = Ink of the Monkey
Summoned Mantle = Ink of Dal
Summoned Earring = Ink of Erudite
Summoned Choker = Ink of the Serpent
Summoned Bracelet = Ink of the Rhino
Summoned Bracelet = Ink of the Bear
Summoned Weapon = Ink of Zek
Summoned Belt = Ink of the Cat
Summoned Bag = Ink of the Nameless

The book says, use Inks for the first 7 items summoned. If the spell summons a Bag, Ink of the Nameless must be used. Then add inks for the first 6 items summoned. And here lies the problem.

    Parchment + Quill + Additive + Thickener = 4 slots
i.e. only 6 slots left for Inks

Summon Jewelry Bag summons a Bag + 6 items, which according to the book, is simply 6 Inks + Ink of the Nameless. However, the Spell Research Kit does not have an 11th slot.

Obviously, I tried all combos of 6 Inks. I even took out the Parchment, Quill, Additive, Thickener respectively to fit in all 7 Inks. And of course I tried only using 1 Ink per attempt. ALL DNC.

So, is this spell not included in the TSS recipes? Or is this recipe really taking 11 slots and therefore cannot be done?

Maybe I read wrong, but maybe try combining all 7 inks first to see if it makes a special new ink?

I think (don't have the recipe with me) in this case... drop the thickener. (7 inks needs no thickener!) it may have been the additive... I forget

I tried taking out either the Thickener or the Additive already .

This recipes does not require an additive. So that frees up a slot giving you room for 7 inks (1 for the bag, and one for each of the 6 summoned items).

Post your recipe and should help clear things up.

This is one of the ones I've tried:

            Quill of the Arch Convoker
            Vellum Parchment
            Conjuring Thickener
            Ink of the Monkey
            Ink of Dal
            Ink of Erudite
            Ink of the Serpent
            Ink of the Rhino
            Ink of the Bear
            Ink of the Nameless

              opps my bad.

Were thinking Spell: Summon: Pouch of Jerikor ... the lvl 68 version.

From my understanding the only spell recipes added this expansion was LDON and OoW. I dont believe new PoP spells recipese were added even though there is a new system to handle a few of those recipes.

On a positive note, if you change the stationary you should get the lvl 68 version :P

That's fine. All I wanted was a confirmation if the PoP Summon spells are a part of what's described in "Systematic Spell Research: Summoned". As long as I get a confirmation, even if it's not in, it's fine.

Get me a list of the PoP ones that I did not do before, and if they are not quested I will slip them in sometimes.

I think I asked for this list in beta and I either got crickets... or distracted
