I released a compact tradeskill UI mod at eqinterface.com just now in the containers section.
Using a 15" monitor set to 1024x768, the existing UI took up half my screen. I made a few things smaller and rearranged some things so that there is considerably less wasted space.

I also have mods of the inventory, bank, container, and hotbutton windows there, all similarly geared toward saving monitor space for those of us still living with small monitors.
