Now that more people are making/using gemcutters...
I'm assuming the answer is "No,it's a DNC" -but there's a host of gems with minor +whatevers that drop in Velious. As far as I know,no use for them was ever found save selling them for plat.
Has anyone run these through with a tinkered gemcutter and seen what results?
