Well after nearly 2 years of tinkering I reached 250

I bow my head and remember the following creatures
Bit hazy what I did before geerlocks
netherian uglys (porous mineral block)
not so tough fiends (leathery fungus cord)
poor abused grimblings (acrylia)
misguided clockworks (spring, battery, ball bearing etc)
planar abominations (planar metals, sure made a lot of cams)
a druid (sorry for locking you up in PoI, promise to help you get the grease out)
