NEW Vale sewing kit

I don't know how to make the Vale sewing kit, it says that it's obsolete,so what do I do to make them?

go to absysmal sea and do the tailoring quest there to open the GoD tailoring stuff. You can get to skill 54 for free doing that.

Your gonna need alot more skill to make those bags IMO unless there are lower trival recipes:-)

It's not really obsolete, it's just that the old ones were bugged so you had to make a new one to make stuff work in them because of a programming issue.

Iirc you need HQ metal bits, needle mold and a flask of water in Vale forge. The vale forge is located in area left of the bank (there is a female wood elf near it).

I'm at 42 in tailoring and I wanted to start making halfling cultural bags. I don't know how to make the Vale sewing kit, it says that it's obsolete,so what do I do to make them? Any help would be appreciated.
