Not sure if there is a reason behind this but there isn't a one handed weapon from the new TBS made stuff (ie from sunshard dust/pebble/ore) that cn be used by a PAL or SHD (didn't check other classes). So where a warrior can use two swords, or a cleric can use a mace and shield, the pal/sk is limited to just the shield to use. (meaning a slightly lower advantage from any orb)
I'm hoping this is an oversight, but doubt its a priority if it is. Just annoying when making stuff for alts/friends and I cant make weapons for those certain classes from this.
