High End Cultural Success Rate Progression?

I was wondering, since we can't pin down the trivial, do you find that the success rates get better like this?

Non-Imbued Chain > Imbued Chain > Non-Imbued Plate > Imbued Plate

Or are they all about equal?
or are the chains more successful than the plates?
or are the Non Imbues more successful than the Imbues?

How about for the different pieces?

1-Sheet/Chain > 2-Sheet/Chain > 3-Sheet/Chain

Or are they all about equal as well?

Anyone got a good idea on this?
