Halflings rejoice! We can make shields!
The tradeskill supply pages don't show any vendor who sells shield molds but I found them accidentally while farming every vendor in rivervale for pelts for my tailoring.
Turns out that Jimji Bottletow feller has small shield molds under all those small plate mail molds!
I did a happydance and made myself a small round shield to celebrate.
Since these are listed for most other places, they should get added to his inventory list as well.
He's on the list allready for platemail, but his loc is -262, -120.
