Reliance Rk. II

So frustrating - all the other Level 87 cleric spells combined with the expected recipe except this one and Pristine Blood. I don't care too much about Pristine Blood, but to not have Reliance in there....

Any chance anyone else has figured this out and not reported it?

I tried with all levels of Numen Plaque and the two tunare/one tribunal inks

I tried with Numen Plaque and different combinations of tunare/tribunal

No joy.

I know that I can just go get it with a fragment, but if the recipe exists, I'd like to get it in the db.
