I made and posted many level 88,89, 90 ranger spells. There is 1 I thought should of worked and didn't.

1x Quill of the Forest Stalker
1x Luclin Ink Additive
1x Fine Numen Plaque
This is the recipe from earlier ranger spells, enchanter spells and druid spells. Only difference from earlier ranger spells is this one works indoors but so do enchanter's. I tried a few variations as I had other components for other spells. I didn't try different level spell papers as there is a level 86 spell with possibly that recipe I don't need.
I also couldn't find existing recipes to copy for :
Lucid Balm
Fusillade of Arrows
Tempest of Arrows (tried 68 Hail of Arrows recipe and it didn't work)
Flusterbold/Blusterbolt
