LDoN drops

Good news oh yeah seekers of rare research components.
Top level rare research components seem to drop quite commonly off of LDoN adventures. At least ones spawned by level 65 characters. I have seen several copies of Words of Apparation drop, Words of Pain, Runes of Amalgamation, and several of the rare Yaeth pages as well. All that in only 5 dungeon crawls of 90 minutes each.

And not off the bosses either... off random mobs.

In 3 crawls with all level 65's I've seen 2 words of apparition, 2 or so runes of tempest, couple of words of pain, and yaeth's 108 among other stuff.

All from a couple runs last night... the first time through only 2 drops, second and thrid runs had more, but we were getting duplicates of some.. and i didn't get a full list. With all the mobs tailored for the groups levels, the 60-65 groups should be seeing mostly the rare, higher level components.

Sadly, without a rogue or bard, what we realy need is some of the yaes 73s for Greater Remove Curse :P

Merchant mined several of the less abundant runes & yaeth's pages & mage spell components last nite ... hoping someone will be clueless enough to sell off those 3 Runes I posted about above

While I have yet to see Rune of Zephyr or Scintillation, Rune of Coruscating is not an uncommon drop in LDoN lvl 65 Dungeons normal difficulty.

New Runes in LDoN

I got the Rune of Coruscating on my first EF adventure. I also bought one off a vendor in BB for 8pp and change. Someone recently posted on Allakhazam that the Rune of Zephyr (aren't all us wizards after it) has dropped from a MM LDoN adventure. My guild has High Priest of Ssra tonight, and Scintillation is on his loot list. Maybe I will get lucky. Given the current pattern that is developing, I would expect Scintillation to drop in LDoN as well.
