Newb Freeport Paladin quest: Bracer broken?

You say, 'i want to craft bracer'

Edwardian Holyblade says 'I have seen many paladins go without the proper wrist protection and the result was never good. To create your bracer material you will need to combine 1 Brick of Crude Iron Ore, 1 Rusty Mace, 1 Orc Prayer Beads and 1 Red Wine in your assembly kit.

The above recipe won't combine in my Assembly Kit of Marr. Has anyone gotten this to combine successfully? (the brick, mace beads and wine). My suspicion is that there's more than one kind of Orc Prayer Beads, but I haven't been able to research it in the field yet.
