The SOF Tradeskill Quest!

Yes, sorry about the oversight on the brewing question but I finally finished the quest. While at time exasperating it was the most fun I have had in the game in a long, long time. Kudos to those who thought it up and implemented it.

Would love to see each subsequent expansion have something like this.

It ends up being a balance between fixing more large overall issues with tradeskills... or spending a bunch of time on one item. So it is likely to be a flip flop.

Ogres can wear it as a nose or eyebrow piercing - hence the face designation....

I thought ogres were only interested in piercing other peoples bodies and not their own.

Actually according to Lucy and Allakhazam the item fits in Ear, Neck, Wrist, Finger and Waist

But Aldier is correct that augments can restrict what spots it will fit in.

Since then I've recieved SoF bracer and would like to move Eron's Jewelry to my waist but seems It won't allow me to do so. It is suppose to be Ear, Neck, Wrist, Finger or Waist. Mine just says Wrist.

How can this be moved?

You may have to remove the augment type 7 or 3 that you used that is restricted on the slots.

because the instance is a different zone. The quest requires that you loot in a certain zone.

It is likely valid though to use for a "retry" if you fail the combine (assuming they are the same item)

On a related note, I discovered somewhat to my distress that eggs looted in Bloodmoon instances don't count for the quest; they have to be looted in the static zone. Dunno if that's intended or not, but there it is. If nothing else, I now have six spare eggs in case I do fail the combine.

I think I know why Grim asked, getting back to the egg area in Bloodmoon Keep is a very difficult chore if the combine fails. Carrying a distillery along would reduce the fear factor.

Distillery's four slots. I remember that because I use it to make smithing tempers (typically three or four ingredients), but I can't brew much else of interest in it.

The Albumen Extraction is the 5 dropped/collected/looted items. I think the collapsible distillery was only 4 slots, so no. If I am mistaken, trying to recall from memory, and the collapsed distillery is 6 slots, then it should work.
