Halfling cultural in Beholder's

I am at the point in my journeyman book quest for halflings that I must loot a Polished Bone Bracelet from the Evil Eyes in Beholder's. However not ONE has dropped in two days of farming, yet I have spawned 7 Fabled Evil Eyes and recieved 7 Fabled Polished Bone Bracelets.

My point is, due to the Fabled spawning, am I not going to get a "REGULAR" PBB now? are they gone from loot table until Fableds are gone?

I dont want to spend a month camping for something that will NOT spawn. can anyone shed some light on this??

That sounds entirely possible. I seem to recall the regular items being replaced entirely during the last round of Fabled stuff. I'd /bug it.

I guess it's possible that each zone is handled differently, but last night I was doing the Scavenger Hunt quest killing gobs in WW. Found a normal Grachnist who dropped the normal earring, so at least some zones still have the normal mobs/drops set up along with the Fabled.

The regular Evil Eye still spawns, but given the possibility of one of the named, and now the fabled Evil Eye, the odds of one spawning is much smaller.

Given the frequency of the regular one dropping the PBB, you are now looking at a VERY long camp.

Well, that's good news. But it still sounds like it might have inadvertently been made much harder than intended. I'd still /bug it just in case.

There used to be an evil eye or 3 in Runnyeye... I can't remember if it got taken out in a revamp. I'm pretty sure they drop PBB's.

There are also evil eyes in EK rarely in the northeast corner generally. They can drop PBB's for sure.
