Has anyone found any information on this?
Chanters need Incandesent Oil
The book for assembling the staff reads as follows for the oil
Incadescent Oil: This is needed to annoint the staff. From a glowing concotion of Abysmal water and other ingredients, you will need to brew it with a greasy sort of oil, oil of a dragon and some dye.
Opinion time as well ....
Is it saying you need to combine something in this order:
Concotion of Abysmal water + Greasy sort oil + Dragon oil + some dye
Or is it saying
(Abysmal water + Other ingredients) + Greasy sort of oil{which is in fact oil of dragon} + Dye
Any help would be appreciated.
