Abysmal Tradeskill Quest

OK, got through updating the various items, recipes and setting sources for this quest.

With regards to the "Stacking of Skill Bonuses"... it has been said before by SOE folks, that Skill Bonuses from items DO NOT STACK. Only the Higher of the skill Bonuses take effect.

Only rangers, druids, and bards can make it for some reason.

Wood elves and Iksars are racial foragers as far as I know (with a locked skill of 50).

just ask the forager to make the exquisite berry base for you as it is not flagged no drop :

so any GM smith can do this quest and obtain a GM satchell
