For example Consigned Bite of the Shissar VIII is one of the no trade poisons received as a quest reward or a drop. To make the no trade poisons substitute the Unadorned Sealed Poison Vial for making Bite of the Shissar VIII with a Consigned Sealed Unadorned Poison Vial. So far they only work for the Bite of the Shissar line. I'll post some trivial skill levels later if someone else doesn't beat me to it. Obviously I will only be able to for the recipes that I have no trade vials for.
