Jacinth stone blues

I am trying for my GM in Brewing and I cannot find a Jacinth stone to save my life (for the Artisan Seal). I have all the other Mounted items and am ready for the combine. I cannot find this stone on any vendor, and there is no one in the Bazaar selling it (Prexus Server). I checked Allak for the vendors that might sell the stone, and no luck there. Does anyone know of any vendors that carry the stone in stock other than the ones listed on Allak?
