I have asked 3 guides and 2 Administrative Guides on Bristlebane if there is a bug for the Dark Elf Newbie Necromancer quest. There currently is a bug as of now last patch has not fixed it yet.
As of now the man will tell u about the quest an u can ask him an he will hadn you the box but after that he will not give u the reciepes or the needed matirial for the armor. like with the warrior he gives u a mold he wont give u the pattern. I'd though i let some people know about this as it's currently broken on BristleBane Server =)
