Last night I got a bit restless with raids and the like and headed to my chantress and deciced to to a bit of skill up in the fishing area. After grabbing 35 stacks of Catch-A-Lot bait in PoK and summoning a Brells pole, I deciced to try the Karanas for Thunder Salmon.
After settling on a spot near the fishing village, I started raising skill from 122. What I noticed was;
122 - 150 ..... 6 Salmon
150 - 160 ..... 8 Salmon
160 - 182 ..... 214 Salmon
Significant fact noticed was once in the range of 160 to 182, where I stopped due to using up my bait, I had several runs on the named salmon with strings of up to 11 Thunder Salmon in a row before catching a trash item/object.
What this begs the question from me is,
Are there certain skill levels for each zone, or skill levels needed to catch the given named fish desired in some zones? Does anyone have other experience with Zone difficulty levels?
