I've been doing Storm Salmon Fillets from baking 191 to 208. Here are some observations.
- I started with 102 fishing. Getting to 200 fishing also got me to 200 baking. I had 3 fish left over after I hit 200 in both.
- At 200 fishing, you get 6 Storm Salmon per stack of bait almost every time. A stack of bait takes me around 10 minutes to go through, so I get about 35 fish per hour.
- This funds itself from selling the 8 Fresh Fish and 6 misc bits that you catch from each stack of bait.
All in all, it was a nifty multi-trade experience. I never got the so-common feeling that I was wasting my time and not making progress.
