Bertoxx been crashing quite a bit for a while now. We had 3 Saturday nights in a row where the server crashed. I think the mice are getting sick and the wheel just aint spinning fast enough.

PoK went down a little while ago on Sol Ro. I had just made several combines of Wu's for skill-ups, and while I got product, I didn't get a single skill-up. I then proceeded to start unloading my product on one of the nearby vendors, and while I was doing that, the zone went down.

What really annoyed me is that if I hadn't actually sold any of my product, I suspect I might very well have still had all the raw materials on my character, and could have tried the sequence once more.

What's really been annoying for me is the Bazaar on Veeshan. A significant fraction of the people in the bazaar are getting dropped straight to the desktop. No crash, no disconnection message, nothing -- just a freeze for a second, then bam. Seems to affect trader and non-trader folk alike. I guess it was happening about once an hour.

I had two PC's with two accounts in the Bazaar. Both crashed simultaneously once. Later, only one crashed and the other kept ticking. Left me scratching my head.

Then the entire zone went down. After that, I only got the desktop crash after four hours. An improvement of sorts, I guess. :roll:

hm... sullon zek, but not vallon zek (a friend plays on vallon) went through a 4-6 day phase of UBERcrashing on zoneloading after the patch in late Jan, tuesdayish. Basically, ANY time you zoned from any zone to any other, it would just shut down to desktop. highly frustrating. You'd end up on the other side of the zone on login, but it's just a pain in the pinfeathers.

They councelled us to delete UIfiles folder and all config files (eqclient.ini and all those things named 'Iroke_51.ini' or whatnot; 'char_##.ini') and then patch. You'll get all the basic UIfiles again, and just have to reset ALL your preferences. Gah i nearly cried, all my chatboxes were gone on all my chars. But at least I could zone!

(I had a particularly bad case... I couldn't even LOG IN for two days till I did all that. /cry!) But it's all better now. If it's still acting up for you, it either is the server (sullon is 2nd least populated server, rarely crashed for population load), or maybe try this, if you can stomach resetting all stuffs.

BB bazaar has crashed at least twice a day since the patch I think.

I think the lesson here is that after each patch wait two days and if no big bugs found yet, start combining. :P
