  • Conjuring Thickener!?

Am I the only one that thinks that it makes no sense to be using Conjuring Thickener in enchantment spells?

    I sure feel that way.

Maybe it's the way gnomes think, in which case I'll never understand it and that is that. But to me, when the book says something to the effect of "used in the creation of spells that cause something to come into being that was not there before" means that you had nothing to start with and ended up with something.

Enchantment spells, and specifically Enchant Metal spells, you start with a base metal and enhance (enchant) it. You start with something useful and end up with something more useful, in most cases much more useful.

I understand that the game mechanics are one way, and look like conjuration from that side, but from a player side it doesn't look that way. At least this player.

Ah well... as my wife often reminds me, "Gnomes > High Elves, get over it".

    Thanks for listening.

    You are stunned.
You raise an exalted shout of joy and thanks!
You remember you are still trying to evolve trophies and return to Norrath.
