Planar foraging help needed

I am seeking help obtaining the foraged branch of planar oak (from the Plane of Growth) needed for the PoTC blessed fishing pole. Have checked the bazaar over the past 2 weeks, and both this component and the blessed fishing pole seem in short supply (as in, none).
