I'm a level 80 cleric on the 7th Hammer who is looking for a a halfling smith who can make an Elegant Leatherfoot Cuirass. My guild (Shattered Destinies) has a lot of TS smiths making various armors but none are halfling smiths and I am too ADHD to work the necessary skill myself.
I honestly do not have the necessary plat to have the item made immediately but would like to discuss expected cost with someone who can make the combines. I will provide the porous loam but need to get an idea of the additional costs involved.
