WTB Serene Steelweave Armor

I've been looking for a while now, but the one piece of Serene Steelweave armor that I'm interested in doesn't seem to be going on sale in the Bazaar. And the few Steelweave vendors that have actually responded to tells all claim to have picked up their armor somewhere else.

At any rate, I'm interested in pricing on Serene Steelweave Bracers. Is there anyone here who can make them who would be willing to give me some pricing information?
