There used to be a small guild who was dedicated to farming tradeskill items and then selling them (ie pelts, silks). Does this guild still exist on Terris Thule or have they gone the way of the winds? If so What was the name?

It was Highlited Truce, but they disbanded (strong suspicion of funds abscondance).

I miss the crazy lil bastards myself, but once the bazaar opened up, they no longer needed to take orders, just dumped what they had on a mule and let it sell itself.

"Highlited Truce" Guild Leader Speaks Out...

            Greetings Fellow-Guildies,

After many-a-seasons, I have indeed returned to speak of our companies mysterious non-existance, and sadly, disappearance.

A brief history of why our homestead was born. You see, Norrath had few places for it's children to play. You know, those of us who hadn't as yet reached our 21st season of life (level 21). We called ourselves Newbies, and felt our call to help those well-more-seasoned then ourselves, to defeat the evils within the land.

Our method of helping, was to scour the land called home, and all those treacherous neighborhoods that surrounded us, many times to our demise. We gathered the bare essentials that others could use to aid their quests in securing a safer, more livable, environment. Naturally, our work wasn't for free, and those of higher elevations had procurred the funds to support our cause. And we, being new to the land, didn't hesitate to accept our just dues.

There was a trickery about our Guild name, to be sure. And only the wisest among those could discern it's hidden meaning. You see, the name "Highlited Truce", could be rearranged to spell out "The Richest Guild", save one letter...the S. Which we opted to represent by a dollar sign, for all the fundages we acquired from our daily routine tasks.

Because our Guild was that of Newbies, only those of 20th Levels and below could be apart of our company. Over the seasons, many had reached their maximum levels of growth, and Graduated to a higher existance, thus, leaving our presence. For sure, none of our brethren and sistren have forgotten their upbringing of helping those more advanced than us, and at the same time, remembering how toilous and treacherous it was to be a Newbie. They have gone on to help all those they've met, and have yet to meet.

But alas, the question remains, whatever happened to our clan? For you see, much has indeed changed in the land of Norrath, and in the realms that are beyond. We are quite delighted that the gods that be have taken our iniative beyond our wildest dreams, and have spawned a place called the Bazaar, where many have come and gone, finding and trading for, the items we once provided.

With the need of our services no longer viable, and with many of our clan having gone beyond our levels, Highlited Truce did indeed disband, but as you can clearly see by the etchings here on the wall, we have not been forgotten, and have indeed been missed. For this, we are eternally grateful.

May the winds that blow at your feet direct you only in safe travels. And should this not be the case, visit the Bazaar to acquire the goods you need, that perhaps were once tainted by a Highlited Truce Newbie.

            Good Day Me Friends,
            Hermygurt - Guild Leader
